About Redwood Empire Concrete Pumping Equipment

Eric Worden has over 30 years of experience in the concrete pumping industry. By the age of 22, after three years of learning the trade from one of California’s original concrete pumpers (George Ahrens Concrete Pumping Service), he founded Redwood Concrete Pump Service.

In 1983, Eric’s wife Vickie joined him in the operation. The two of them, with Eric in the field and Vickie in the office, made a strong, service oriented team.

As Eric’s reputation grew so did the company. Soon there were three ‘line pumps’ and a Schwing boom pump. Because he was an outstanding mechanic, Eric always did his own repairs and servicing of his equipment. Word spread and others began to bring their concrete pumping equipment to Redwood Empire Concrete Pumping for repairs.

It wasn’t long before Eric became the area’s authorized Schwing dealer, providing a full line of Schwing concrete pumps, parts and services. Redwood Concrete Pumping Equipment is now the third largest seller of Schwing line pumps in America.
